What you'll be doing

• Managing your own desk with full 360 responsibility
• Developing new business and nurturing long-term partnerships
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates
• Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission along the way
