Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accountancy
Location Rochdale (On-site, 5 days per week)
Salary Up to £50,000 + 30% Commission + Benefits
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
A role for someone who knows how to make waves in permanent finance recruitment. You'll be joining a high-performing team with the infrastructure, brand and support to turn success into serious earnings.
What you'll be doing
Building and owning your niche within Finance & Accountancy permanent recruitment. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from BD through to placement and beyond. You'll have the autonomy to create your own growth strategy, but with leaders who have your back and want to see you break your own records.
- Managing client relationships with finance leaders across your region
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Working with qualified and professionals
- Interviewing, shortlisting, and guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Representing the business at client sites and industry events
- Growing a desk capable of scaling into your own team as success builds
What you'll bring
- Proven experience placing permanent roles in Finance & Accountancy
- A track record of consistent billings (and ambition to go further)
- Confidence in business development and strong commercial awareness
- A consultative, professional approach that builds long-term trust
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
