Recruitment Consultant – Professional Services

This role is for recruiters who want autonomy, grown up conversations and a platform that actually helps you bill.

You will run a full 360 desk within professional services, owning your market end to end. That means winning clients, building long term relationships and delivering high quality candidates without being micromanaged or buried in admin.

We back consultants who think commercially, specialise properly and want to build a strong personal brand in their market. You will have the tools, trust and support to focus on revenue generating activity, not KPI theatre.
