You already know how to bill. This is not about teaching you recruitment. It is about whether your current setup is helping you grow or quietly getting in the way.

The role

This is a hands on billing role.
You own your desk end to end and are trusted to get on with it.

No KPI theatre.
No pointless meetings.
No telling you how many LinkedIn messages to send.

They are also open to Microsoft focused markets including data, AI, Power Platform, SharePoint and .NET. If you already recruit here, great. If you want to own one properly, we are open to that conversation.

Money

Simple and transparent.
Up to 40 percent OTE on billings when on target.
No moving goalposts.
You bill, you get paid.

Longer term

Once you build real market ownership, there is scope to grow something around you. Delivery support, mentoring or building a small practice. No pressure. No fake titles. It happens when it makes sense commercially and you have earned it.
