We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join them from anywhere in the world.

This remote role is perfect for someone who's already a strong 360 recruiter in the tech space, ready to take ownership of their book, drive revenue and grow alongside a scaling team.

What you'll own
You will run your desk end‑to‑end, owning business development, client partnership, candidate engagement and delivery across tech markets — from software engineering and product to data, AI and beyond. You'll build deep relationships, shape hiring strategies and drive placements that matter.

What success looks like
You'll:

  • Win and grow clients in tech markets globally

  • Manage full recruitment cycles with candidates from first contact to offer

  • Deliver consistent revenue and build a pipeline that scales

  • Be trusted to operate autonomously with a focus on impactful activity, not pointless reporting

What you bring
You're a recruiter with proven billing success, ideally in tech or adjacent markets, who understands how to consult, close and deliver in a competitive landscape. You thrive with autonomy, enjoy building long‑term business and are excited by global opportunity.
