Job Description:

Who We Are
We are partnered with a specialist recruiter focused on powering the future. They connect exceptional talent with leading employers across the Power Generation, Renewable Energy and Nuclear sectors. Since 2006 they've built a reputation for deep sector expertise, delivering permanent, contract and executive hires that keep projects staffed and on schedule. Their consultative approach, technical market knowledge and global reach make them a go-to partner for clients driving sustainable and critical energy initiatives.

What You'll Do
As an Energy & Renewables Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle within specialist energy markets. You'll source and engage professionals across renewables (solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen and more), power generation and nuclear sectors. You'll build strong relationships with clients and candidates, manage pipelines, consult on market trends, and match the right people to the right roles with real impact.

Your role will feel like being part detective, part strategist, and part talent whisperer — all while being supported by a team that lives and breathes energy recruitment.

What Success Looks Like Here
You'll:

  • Proactively identify and engage high-calibre energy professionals across technical and commercial disciplines.
  • Build and manage candidate and client relationships with integrity and insight.
  • Drive placements on both contract and permanent roles, contributing directly to revenue and team success.
  • Provide market intelligence to clients, advising on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase our footprint in priority energy segments.

Who Were Looking For

  • Someone with exceptional communication and commercial skills — you enjoy selling solutions and building trust.
  • A curious mind that learns quickly — technical energy markets are complex, and you'll want to understand them.
  • Resilience and tenacity — recruitment is a performance sport, and energy is a booming vertical with hard-to-find talent.
  • Previous recruitment experience (agency or inhouse) is a bonus — but strong sales instinct and a growth mindset matter most.
  • An interest or background in engineering, energy, renewables or technical sectors will turbo-charge your impact.

Why Join them?
You'll join a business where knowledge is valued and people are at the centre of everything they do. They reward - performance richly, offer meaningful career progression, and invest in training to expand your sector expertise. You're not just filling roles — you're helping organisations deliver projects that matter to the energy transition.
